We subscribe to each brand's public newsletter with our own inboxes in Japan, and read the emails we receive automatically: type of email, discount, deadline, free shipping, points and seasonal events. Personal details in the emails are masked when we store them.
No. Reports contain aggregated figures and tables only. We do not reproduce email bodies or images, which remain the property of each brand.
These reports are sold to businesses only. At checkout we ask for your company name and, optionally, your tax ID.
Prices are in US dollars. Stripe emails you a receipt after payment. We do not add Japanese consumption tax to sales to business customers outside Japan; depending on where you are, you may need to account for VAT or GST yourself under local rules. If you are located in Japan, please use our Japanese site.
Brand and industry reports are emailed as a download link within 5 business days (Japan time). The year-end season report is delivered by January 20, 2027. If we deliver late, we refund you in full.
