This Privacy Policy explains how SweetLeap Inc. ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the English pages of Melmaga Zukan (https://melmaga-zukan.com/en/), including report purchases and sample requests.

4. International transfers
We are based in Japan and store data in Japan. The European Commission and the United Kingdom have recognized Japan as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data. Where data is transferred to providers in other countries, such as the United States, it is protected by the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
5. How long we keep it
- Order and accounting records: for as long as Japanese tax and accounting law requires (generally 7 to 10 years).
- Sample requests and marketing preferences: until you ask us to delete them, or 3 years after our last contact with you.
- Security logs: for a short period, generally up to 90 days.
6. Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies only after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will then ask again. Our English pages do not load web fonts or other third-party content before you consent.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal).
